Prepare detailed project programs and establish team structures.
We navigate the language of finance, architecture and construction to safely navigate the clients priorities to the end result
Engage specialists such as Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers (Structural, Civil, Geotechnical, Hydraulic), Designers, Heritage & Archaeology Consultants, Fire Consultants, etc.
Lead design concepts backed by full feasibility modelling, with a comprehensive understanding of market demands. During this phase we ensure that we represent client interests whilst managing and balancing other stakeholder objectives.
Liaise with Authorities and Certifiers to obtain Development Approval, managing negotiations and zoning if necessary. We hand over documentation.
Appoint the Project Management and Construction Management teams for the execution phase
Implement a modern, innovative, and collaborative approach to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery. From breaking ground to handover we will liaise directly with the head contractor and implement key performance goals to ensure construction is on time and on budget
